• As the Product Design Manager at Vanta, you will oversee a dynamic design team dedicated to advancing our Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) product. This involves revamping existing products and introducing new ones.

• Possess over a decade of product design expertise, with a strong background in crafting intricate B2B and B2C SaaS products. Additionally, have at least three years of experience in constructing and leading design teams effectively.
• Demonstrate a commitment to upholding high standards of B2B design quality (UX and UI) and precision through meticulous attention to detail within your team's projects.
• Showcase a proven record of delivering designs that drive business impact through personal involvement, guiding others, and influencing internal stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in collaborating effectively with product management and engineering counterparts.
• Enthusiasm for guiding, mentoring, and nurturing a motivated team by defining a vision, unlocking potential, and promoting responsible accountability. Ability to foster a vibrant, opinionated, and inclusive design environment.
• Strong interest in AI and cybersecurity. While prior security experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Leaders with robust design skills in technically complex fields can bring fresh perspectives to create exceptional user experiences.
