• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable solutions for users.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including team leadership and designer development.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering consumer product experiences that drive business and user outcomes.
• Experience in guiding products from ideation to market fit, with a strong design sensibility and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Proficiency in usability, accessibility, and inclusive design principles, with strong communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing impactful consumer product work and proficiency in Figma.
• Passion for continuous learning and growth in design craft.
