• Stablecoins & Payments are central to Coinbase's growth strategy for 2025.
• As a team manager, you will provide hands-on expertise in stablecoins and B2B payments.
• Minimum of 10 years of Product Design experience, with a focus on fintech and B2B sectors
• Experience in team management
• Demonstrated success in leading design initiatives across product areas
• Ability to oversee the design process from concept to implementation
• Proficiency in visual & interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices
• Collaborative skills to work closely with UX Research, Product, and Engineering teams to drive product decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Humble and receptive to feedback
