Senior Product Design Manager, Stablecoins and Payments

📋 Description

•Take charge of leading the Consumer Stablecoins & Payments Design Team

•Craft the fundamental experience for delivering stablecoins and B2B payments capabilities

•Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to shape strategy and roadmap

•Guide the user journey and design process from conception to implementation

•Work with Design Systems to establish scalable frameworks

•Establish and oversee the design function for the product area

•Provide mentorship and design guidance to team members

⛳️ Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of Product Design experience, with a focus on fintech and B2B

•Demonstrated experience in team management

•Proven track record of leading design initiatives within a product area

•Capability to manage the entire design process from concept to execution

•Proficiency in visual & interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices

•Ability to collaborate effectively with UX Research, Product, and Engineering teams

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Open-minded and collaborative approach
