• Take charge of the user experience for products from start to finish, including shaping product strategy, conducting design research, and evaluating the success of launched products
• Dive into intricate and ambiguous challenges within the automotive industry, collaborating with internal and external teams to understand customer and business issues
• Push the boundaries of creativity while also contributing to and managing our design system
• Develop and release products that excel in usability and functionality
• Conduct user research using various methodologies
• Minimum qualifications:
• Possess 7+ years of experience solving complex problems and utilizing a refined design process to enhance products throughout their lifecycle
• Skillful in navigating the dynamic interplay between user requirements and business needs
• Excel in complex problem-solving scenarios, crafting UX flows with design thinking expertise
• Think holistically and consider every interaction point in the user experience
• Appreciate high-quality visual design and pay attention to details
• Extensive experience in launching enterprise and consumer-oriented products
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and comfortable making design decisions with limited or conflicting data
• Preferred qualifications:
• Background in designing for automotive retail experiences, including B2B and/or B2B2C
• Experience in regulated industries like fintech, healthcare, or enterprise software
• Profound understanding of accessibility, compliance, and regulated product design
• Demonstrated track record of enhancing product performance through design
• Experience with design systems and commitment to accessibility and inclusive design standards
