• We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic Product team and shape a captivating experience across a diverse array of payments products and functionalities.
• In this role, you will spearhead comprehensive design initiatives for intricate B2B workflows, collaborate seamlessly across departments, and create user-friendly, impactful product experiences that strike a balance between usability, business objectives, and technical viability.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities, deeply grasp user requirements, and translate insights into scalable design solutions.
• This position is ideal for individuals who excel in uncertain situations, are excited to apply strategic design principles to product challenges, and aim to expand their influence in a dynamic setting.
• This position can be located in the US, Canada, or UK.
• 4+ years of experience in designing B2B digital products and systems, with a robust portfolio showcasing your methodology, breadth of work, and contributions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and excellent communication skills: you articulate design choices and processes clearly and confidently, regardless of the audience.
• Strong verbal and visual presentation abilities with a clear perspective on design decisions.
• A divergent exploratory approach and the capacity to think iteratively, leveraging experimentation and rapid prototyping to explore solutions and validate ideas efficiently, along with the ability to communicate trade-offs effectively.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Enthusiasm for exploring AI tools like v0 or Cursor to enhance your design and research workflow.
• Nice to have: Background in fintech, SaaS, or payments—knowledge of security, compliance, and complex processes is advantageous.
• Experience in designing for Product-Led Growth (PLG), encompassing growth funnels, self-serve journeys, and onboarding experiences (consumer or B2B).
• Experience consolidating multiple products or platforms under a unified design system, promoting consistency and scalability across experiences.
• Experience with developer-facing products, especially in the API, SDK, or platform-as-a-product realm.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, with a proven ability to translate findings into actionable designs.
• Familiarity with service design techniques (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprints) and the ability to consider product design within the context of service design.
