• Develop, enhance, and optimize top-tier trading onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration between mobile and web platforms.
• Streamline onboarding procedures and KYC verification for various client segments including retail, VIP, and institutional investors.
• Integrate products to provide a cohesive user experience throughout the entire platform.
• Implement tracking mechanisms for events and create analytical dashboards for CRM insights.
• Collaborate with Growth and CRM teams to execute targeted campaigns that drive conversion rates.
• Lead feature definition, develop detailed specifications, and co-manage the product roadmap.
• Solicit user feedback through testing and client interactions to continuously improve the product.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the crypto trading, DEX, or web3 space.
• At least 2 years of proven track record in Growth or CRM initiatives with tangible results.
• Demonstrated success in launching and enhancing scalable software or financial products.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills working with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, smart contracts, and version control systems like Git.
