•We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to head our User Experience Foundations team.
•Take ownership of a range of core features, admin settings, and platform-level UX interfaces.
•Exercise significant influence over the overall user experience, guiding the strategy, structure, and implementation of Apollo's design system and fundamental UI elements.
•Shape the user experience of Apollo, ensuring a cohesive, intuitive, and efficient platform at every interaction point.
•Work closely with design, engineering, and product teams company-wide to elevate interaction quality, consistency, and user satisfaction.
•Transform intricate B2B workflows into seamless product experiences.
•Define the Vision and Strategy for UX Foundations.
•Drive Evidence-Based Development through qualitative research.
•Advocate for Usability and represent the voice of the user.
•Establish Core Patterns within Apollo's design system.
•Lead cross-team initiatives focused on usability.
•Monitor metrics related to usability and customer satisfaction.
•Promote strong cross-functional collaboration.
•Strike a balance between short-term successes and long-term investments.
•Minimum 7 years of combined experience in B2B SaaS or Consumer Product Management.
•Proven track record of converting complex user workflows into simple, delightful user experiences.
•Experience in building platforms that receive high praise from previous partners.
•Experience in developing or working with Design Systems, with a background in Design being an advantage.
•Demonstrate a growth mindset for both product development and personal growth.
•Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating it into tangible value.
•Collaborative, willing to engage in debates, push back when necessary, and act courageously.
•Display deep empathy for users, focusing on problem-solving rather than predetermined solutions.
