Senior UX Lead

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire product design process, starting from research and proposals to final production, encompassing information architecture, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity artifacts

• Shape product design strategy by analyzing and synthesizing customer needs effectively

• Dive deep into user personas through thorough research and identify areas for solving customer issues

• Plan and execute prototyping and usability tests to enhance user experience iteratively

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop user-centric solutions

• Lead projects from inception to completion, advocating for the importance of user research and design

• Aid the Investor Applications team in empowering institutional investors to act swiftly on YipitData's alternative data and research insights

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience, preferably in the financial services sector

• Knowledge of financial markets and the operations of institutional buy-side entities

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma

• Strong user research skills translating into practical design solutions

• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment

• Experience with AI tools is a plus

• Availability to work East Coast hours
