• Conduct data collection, analysis, and research to identify areas for improvement and evaluate business processes
• Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation
• Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives and produce written reports

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
• Monitor and evaluate design solutions' performance through user feedback and analytics for continuous improvement
• Design intuitive interfaces, develop high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma
• Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across product interfaces
• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products
• Utilize product metrics and UX metrics to shape decisions
• Provide high-quality Design and Technical documentation
• Familiarity with User Research Methods, conducting interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Proficiency with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong self-starter with ownership of initiatives and B2 or higher level of English proficiency
