• Take the lead in designing the visual aspects of our product lineup, establishing a cutting-edge visual and experiential language that effectively showcases our expertise to customers
• Drive the development of the DigiCert design system “Strata” to ensure our visual product experience aligns with DigiCert’s reputation as a top provider of Digital Trust
• Collaborate closely with UX and cross-functional teams to enhance our design process continuously
• Create consistent patterns and standards to maintain a refined aesthetic and scalability across all user interactions
• Work closely with Marketing and Brand teams to create seamless visual experiences for customers
• Implement data visualization techniques to simplify complex data for customers and offer valuable insights
• Provide mentorship to the UX team and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Stay updated on the latest best practices in enterprise interaction and visual design to position DigiCert as a leader in design excellence
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Design or related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 10 years of UI/UX design experience with a focus on visual and interaction design, including at least 3 years of leading large initiatives, preferably in the B2B or enterprise sector
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics, elegant design solutions, and a deep understanding of usability heuristics and visual design principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of successful design projects
• Experience in partnering with marketing and brand teams
• Ability to articulate a clear vision for DigiCert’s visual experience and drive it across disciplines and to executive leadership
