• As the Team Lead for Web Design, you will be responsible for steering the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing development of our marketing website.
• Acting as the bridge between brand representation and performance, you will ensure that our web experiences are expertly crafted, technically proficient, and optimized for business success.
• Collaborate closely with teams overseeing SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design to guarantee that our website fosters engagement, acquisition, and conversion on a large scale.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Thorough grasp of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• Display a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and top-notch execution in web and digital campaigns.
• Track record of successfully managing web projects in a rapidly growing SaaS or tech environment.
• Outstanding communication skills to handle feedback and expectations from various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
• Skilled at balancing brand consistency with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in agile settings and collaboration with developers and marketing operations teams.
