• Utilize design thinking at both the interaction and journey levels to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and implement actionable improvements based on insights.
• Use consumer behavior, research, and data to guide design decisions.
• Stay updated on design and technology trends, bringing fresh ideas to client projects.
• Effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders through presentations and storytelling.
• Deliver key design assets, including journey maps, service blueprints, user flows, and polished wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Contribute to top-notch commerce design, covering areas like shopping, checkout, account management, and post-purchase experiences.
• Minimum of 5 years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and strong visual skills across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and digital best practices.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Proficiency in modern UX tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual and interaction design abilities, with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in usability testing, research synthesis, journey mapping, and accessibility standards.
• Previous experience in an agency, design consultancy, or product design studio.
• Interest in leveraging AI for design enhancements, experience in ecommerce design highly desirable.
• Experience designing for diverse user personas and familiarity with atomic design methodology.
• Knowledge of design systems and production design for platforms like Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience contributing to pitch work and developing design concepts for new business opportunities.
