• Serve as a strong advocate for the audience across various agency projects
• Proactively diagnose, prioritize, and resolve issues

• Foster the user experience, content strategy, and design practice within the agency
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in information architecture, human factors, or related field
• Detailed portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, site maps, navigation systems, user journeys/experience maps, personas, usability test plans and reports, heuristics assessments, content models, functional specifications, and resulting product designs
• Strong background in content strategy
• Proficiency in creating working prototypes and utilizing pattern libraries
• Experience in planning user interactions across various screen sizes and devices
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Ability to engage with clients, set and manage expectations, and communicate effectively
• Collaborative mindset and experience working in small teams
• Familiarity with web standards, search engine optimization methods, analytics, and accessibility guidelines
• Visual design and/or front-end development skills considered a bonus
• Previous experience in the government sector preferred
• Exposure to Content Management Systems, such as Drupal, is a plus
