UX Design Lead

📋 Description

• Lead various UX projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, from initial research and strategy to final design and implementation

• Ensure that all design solutions are centered around the user, data-informed, and aligned with business goals

• Engage with clients by organizing workshops, guiding design discussions, and providing clear direction

• Support and mentor junior designers by conducting reviews, sharing best practices, and upholding quality standards

• Work closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

• Assess and uphold UI design standards without necessarily being the one designing, showcasing a deep understanding of quality design

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and design critiques with enthusiasm and purpose

• Serve as the primary contact for clients on projects, establishing trust through expertise and accountability

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of UX design experience in agency, consultancy, or product environments

• Demonstrated track record of successful commercial projects in your portfolio

• Previous experience as a UX Lead or Senior UX Designer overseeing end-to-end digital projects

• Ability to manage designers from a leadership perspective

• Strong background in commercial product design, particularly in tech, e-commerce, or startup sectors

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms

• Embrace an AI-First mindset and approach to design

• Proficiency in product discovery, research, and design strategy

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially in client-facing roles

• Proven ability to take full ownership and responsibility for project outcomes

• Proactive problem-solving approach with a knack for making decisions and taking initiative

• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments such as startups, tech companies, or digital agencies

• Understanding of UI design quality, accessibility, and modern design systems

• Fluency in both Polish and English at a C1+ level
