• Take charge of the complete design strategy for digital banking experiences across various platforms such as web, mobile, and emerging digital channels
• Create and enhance user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for important user journeys
• Promote an omnichannel strategy by aligning digital experiences with branch, contact center, and marketing interactions
• Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, customer feedback, and behavioral analytics
• Work closely with Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to address business requirements
• Establish and uphold scalable design standards, UI patterns, and design systems
• Collaborate with vendor partners to optimize their platforms to align with Park’s experience goals
• Partner with analytics and product teams to establish metrics, monitor KPIs, and assess performance
• Ensure digital experiences adhere to security, accessibility, and compliance standards
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is essential
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX Design is necessary
• Preferably holds certifications from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) and Google UX Design Professional
