• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to create intuitive and accessible solutions that meet user needs.
• Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the UX strategy at Wagepoint.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX or Product Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing user-friendly solutions for complex B2B or SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic design thinking and successful user outcomes.
• Proficiency in user-centered design, accessibility, design systems, and interaction design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align UX concepts with business objectives.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving design initiatives and managing ambiguity effectively.
• Bonus: Experience in HR tech, payroll, or compliance software design, scaling UX practices, working with remote teams, or implementing AI-driven tools.
