• We are currently seeking a skilled Lead UX Designer to shape the future of Wordscapes, taking charge of UX strategy and execution.

• In this leadership role, you will define the direction of UX, mentor team members, and influence design decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UX design involvement in mobile gaming, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

• Proficiency in UX tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and a solid grasp of player behavior and best practices.

• Strong wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design skills, particularly in FTUE, live ops, and monetization.

• Experience with Unity-based workflows and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively across various teams.

• Passion for crafting user-centered experiences, balancing game objectives, user needs, and technical limitations.

• Skilled in usability testing, player research, and data-informed design iteration in a dynamic environment.

• Understanding of visual design principles and UI standards for mobile gaming.

• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing deadlines and deliverables independently.

• Enthusiastic team player with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to tackle any challenge.
