UX/UI Design Lead

📋 Description

• Work closely with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to grasp project objectives, user needs, and design requirements

• Design wireframes to convert concepts into responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces

• Establish and maintain a unified UI design system that adheres to brand guidelines and design standards on all digital platforms

• Develop interactive prototypes and user flows to demonstrate and validate design ideas and functionalities

• Present your design strategy through meaningful UX deliverables like sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations to guide both the team and clients

• Take charge of the overall user experience, ensuring consistency and quality from the broader perspective to intricate UI details and integrations

• Implement front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create seamless and engaging interfaces while addressing UI challenges

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and compatibility across different browsers and devices following accessibility standards (WCAG AA)

• Collaborate with front-end developers to showcase proof-of-concept demos for desired interactions and experiences

• Collaborate with back-end developers to merge user-facing elements with server-side functionalities

• Mentor junior UX/UI team members, offering guidance and support for their professional development

• Proficient in UI design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch

• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and ability to implement user-focused design solutions

• Knowledgeable about responsive and mobile-first design principles, emphasizing optimal user experiences across different devices and screen sizes

• Skilled in designing and building UI components using HTML5, CSS3, or SASS

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively on multiple projects with varying deadlines
