• We are seeking a UX/UI Manager to join our team in the thriving iGaming Industry!
• Lead and nurture our UX/UI design and research team to shape player journeys and enhance our design system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and intuitive product experiences across iGaming platforms.
• Mentor designers and researchers to foster a collaborative and creative team culture.
• Develop and execute a UX/UI strategy aligned with business and product objectives.
• Drive user research, player journey mapping, and usability testing to improve product experiences.
• Oversee the creation of engaging interfaces that balance usability and aesthetics to impact business KPIs.

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with proven iGaming industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing UX/UI teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and research-driven design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience in building and scaling design systems.
• Knowledge of user-centered design, usability testing, and accessibility principles.
• Understanding of design methodologies and processes.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with gamification, behavioral psychology, or player engagement strategies (Nice to have).
• Experience with front-end technologies and data analytics (Nice to have).
• Educational background or certifications in UX/UI design or related fields (Nice to have).
• Proficiency with advanced prototyping or motion design tools (Nice to have).
