• 10–15 years of experience in product and UX design, including 5+ years in senior design leadership roles within rapidly growing SaaS companies.
• Proven success in scaling and mentoring design teams in diverse, global environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives across departments.
• Track record of leading impactful design teams and delivering successful enterprise-grade digital products.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles, design systems, and modern research and prototyping methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating customer co-development and discovery workshops.
• Proficient in UX/UI design tools like Figma, Creative Cloud, and other visual design and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of front-end technologies and their impact on UX design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels of stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with distributed, multinational teams and a degree in HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field.
• Bonus points for experience in legal tech, ERP, CRM, or complex enterprise software.
