📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CPO to transform innovative concepts into revolutionary products, enhancing the MasterClass platform and fostering global engagement and expansion. Guide the evolution of rough concepts into refined products, advocating for cutting-edge design that is intuitive, cohesive, and emotionally impactful.

• Establish and drive the design direction, focusing primarily on new product initiatives. Shape the overall product experience from start to finish, aligning design strategies with company objectives and the desires of a vast audience.

• Take a hands-on approach. Lead by example and actively participate in the design process with your team, from initial wireframes to final visual systems, ensuring excellence and attention to detail at every phase.

• Act as a key strategic voice within the executive team, emphasizing the importance of design in influencing product and company strategies.

• Stay ahead of the curve. Keep abreast of industry trends in AI, immersive technologies, and visual systems, incorporating them into the design vision.

• Manage and develop a top-tier team of designers and researchers. Foster a dynamic and collaborative environment: recruit, mentor, and empower team members.

• Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure that design contributes to successful outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in product design, including at least 8 years in leadership roles, shaping design teams and methodologies.

• Proven track record of launching and expanding highly successful consumer products.

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX design, scalable systems, strategic insights, and engaging interactions.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - storytelling comes naturally to you.

• Ability to thrive in uncertain environments - you thrive in fast-paced startup settings.
