Web Experience Design Lead

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive user experiences for VAST’s web properties, covering initial concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final production.

• Establish and manage design systems that ensure consistency and creativity across various sites.

• Develop visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly web interfaces, landing pages, microsites, and support/documentation materials.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to maintain VAST’s design principles and storytelling in all interactions.

• Work with content and growth teams to enhance conversion funnels, navigation, and user journeys.

• Utilize insights from usability testing, A/B testing, analytics, and research to improve design decisions continuously.

• Drive innovation in design by introducing new ideas, tools, and methodologies to elevate the role of design at VAST.

• Present design work clearly and passionately, advocating for design thinking and inspiring stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in web/UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

• Strong attention to detail in typography, layout, and interaction design.

• Proficiency in Figma and adaptability to new technologies when required.

• Experience in designing for complex, multi-site environments with a focus on creativity, functionality, and scalability.

• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, responsive design, and SEO best practices.

• Ability to collaborate across different disciplines and translate ideas into production-ready designs.
