• We are in search of a dynamic leader to spearhead R365's workforce optimization strategy, focusing on Elite Talent, Offshore Resources, and AI Integration.
• In this role, you will take charge of R365's Offshoring strategy, crafting workforce design frameworks that blend onshore, offshore, and AI solutions seamlessly.
• The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with People, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure optimal alignment of work structures, enhancing talent efficiency, and long-term scalability. They will oversee the evolution of our contingent workforce, drive internationalization efforts like EOR-to-entity transitions, and provide strategic insights on workforce decisions impacting cost savings, efficiency gains, and sustainable growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce planning, business operations, management consulting, or organizational design.
• Demonstrated expertise in offshoring, contingent workforce management within workforce strategy.
• Practical experience with EOR models, global labor regulations, and transitioning from EOR to entity setups highly desirable.
• Background in developing and implementing workforce optimization frameworks across diverse functions and regions.
• Experience supporting strategic transactions such as M&A, divestitures, or similar events, with a proven ability to align workforce design with business objectives.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, overseeing large-scale projects, and executing strategic People initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at translating intricate workforce and financial data into actionable insights for executives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a knack for influencing senior leaders.
• Proficiency in navigating global labor laws, ensuring contingent workforce compliance, and understanding various offshore employment models (EOR, Deel, etc.).
