📋 Description

• CourseCareers is a revolutionary online education company dedicated to modernizing the traditional college system by offering affordable career training

• Oversee the creation of 100 top-notch educational talking-head YouTube videos monthly

• Collaborate with a team of 10 creators (each contributing 10 videos/month) to select video titles based on YouTube trends and conversion potential

• Coordinate with creators to enhance titles, scripts, recordings, and edits

• Recruit and supervise a scriptwriter, thumbnail designer, and editors; meticulously review all scripts, thumbnails, and edits

• Manage the production timeline and ensure timely release of videos on a weekly basis

• Majority of videos will be 7-15 minutes in length with a single camera angle and scene

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a producer or editor creating high-quality educational talking-head videos

• Proven track record of producing or editing a YouTube talking head video with over 100k views

• In-depth knowledge of the YouTube platform, current trends, titles, thumbnails, and edits

• Highly self-motivated with a keen interest in learning AI-based scriptwriting and overseeing content creation

• Exceptionally detail-oriented and process-driven to manage a complex operation producing 100+ videos monthly

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven work environment

• Availability to work 40+ hours per week
