• Spearhead the creative strategy for direct response campaigns spanning video, paid media, email, and landing pages
• Work closely with Performance Marketing, Copywriting, and Media Buying teams to ensure the success of customer acquisition funnels
• Create and enhance creative assets for VSLs, Meta/Google ads, email automations, YouTube ads, and long-form landing pages
• Conduct rapid testing and optimization – lead creative split tests and performance evaluations to boost CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV
• Keep abreast of creative trends, customer behavior, and competitor campaigns in the online golf and training industry
• Report directly to the CMO & COO
• 5–10+ years of experience in direct response creative leadership, preferably in digital coaching, online courses, or eComm
• In-depth knowledge of customer acquisition funnels, CRO, and behavioral triggers
• Proven track record of successful VSLs, ads, emails, and landing pages that generated multimillion-dollar revenue
• Familiarity with creative performance analytics, funnel metrics, and A/B testing
• Experience managing in-house creatives and freelance designers/editors
• Passion for golf and understanding of the target audience
