📋 Description

• Lead a sophisticated system development program from inception to product launch, ensuring a seamless user experience across software, hardware, consumables, and labeling.

• Plan and execute user experience and user interface design research, development, integration, and support.

• Manage UX/UI design and UX software R&D teams, ensuring adherence to Abbott, government, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate various R&D and user experience disciplines to deliver top-tier product experiences across different platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in design, human factors, software, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of people management.

• Demonstrate expertise in developing and launching complex, regulated products with a strong focus on user experience and usability.
