• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic and motion design, ideally within fintech, tech, or a fast-paced digital setting

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools)

• Background in developing web content

• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static design and motion graphics

• Keen eye for elegant design, typography, layout, and animation synchronization

• Ability to transform intricate concepts into visual representations

• Comfortable collaborating with remote teams spanning different time zones
