Junior Visual Designer – Generalist, Motion-Capable

📋 Description

• Supporting static and motion design projects, including presentations, digital content, and communications for internal and external audiences

• Transforming stakeholder input into polished, production-ready visuals that deliver compelling stories under the guidance of the Design Manager

• Creating slide layouts, diagrams, icons, and branded graphics for internal and client-facing materials

• Preparing optimized files in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for motion production

• Assisting with basic animations, versioning, and refinements in After Effects based on established concepts

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communication design, digital art, graphic design, or a related field

• Portfolio demonstrating clean visual design, presentation work, and some motion or animation-ready files

• Strong foundation in visual design principles such as typography, layout, composition, and hierarchy

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects; familiarity with Premiere is a bonus

• Experience creating presentation-quality visuals in PowerPoint or similar tools for real-world applications
