• Work closely with creative leadership, designers, and project managers to grasp project objectives and transform ideas into captivating motion graphics and animations.
• Produce innovative motion graphics for various platforms like social media, websites, presentations, and video projects.
• Visualize and validate creative concepts through storyboards, style frames, and animatics.
• Ensure visual consistency and coherence by adhering to brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Enhance visual storytelling by editing video content and integrating motion graphics and animations.
• Build and maintain a library of motion design assets, templates, and resources to facilitate future projects.
• Keep abreast of motion design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
• Effectively manage your schedule and communicate proactively with project managers to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards.
• Contribute innovative ideas in team brainstorms to enhance creative output.
• Proficiency in motion design tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Motion Designer role with a compelling portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Strong grasp of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling principles with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and graphic design fundamentals.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Ability to create animations tailored for various platforms including social media, websites, and video.
• Proficient in time management and adept at handling multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for staying updated on trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation.
• Strong problem-solving skills to overcome creative and technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and client-facing presentations.
