Head of Design

📋 Description

• Manage and inspire a talented team of product designers, advocating for their work within the organization

• Establish key performance indicators to demonstrate team progress towards company objectives and ensure successful delivery

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to launch impactful solutions for customers

• Enhance design operations by incorporating industry best practices and leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies

• Implement a research-driven approach to continually refine product offerings based on user needs

• Define and implement design processes, tools, and infrastructure to support agile product development

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years experience in product design, user experience design, or related field

• Track record of leading design teams that deliver technical SaaS products and nurturing future design leaders

• Strong communication skills to clarify complex topics for cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to articulate and align on a product vision across various stakeholders

• Extensive experience in launching complex tools and products across various platforms
