• Senior-Level Motion Creative
• We are seeking a senior-level motion creative with over 9 years of experience in brand, agency, or media settings. The ideal candidate can handle high-stakes projects, think strategically, and also dive into the work. Specifically:
• Your portfolio should demonstrate exceptional storytelling through motion, whether in a short Instagram ad, a brand campaign video, or an impactful animated piece.
• Experience in developing motion systems and toolkits for brands, understanding the balance between craftsmanship and consistency.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Figma, with a good grasp of 3D or mixed media workflows.
• A creative thinker and strategic implementer who can translate business goals and briefs into engaging, unexpected motion content.
• A natural leader and team-builder capable of recruiting, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing motion team.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent taste and the drive to set new standards for motion design in fintech and beyond.
