• Lead the adoption of a user-centric design approach throughout the organization, focusing on SaaS and subscription-based product experiences.
• Develop onboarding processes, activation sequences, dashboards, and in-app interactions that drive subscription initiation, trial conversions, retention, and ongoing engagement.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interaction models that effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Utilize qualitative insights, quantitative data, A/B testing, and user research to iterate quickly, treating design as a key driver of KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with product management to identify user issues and transform them into user-centric, testable solutions.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure design feasibility, accessibility, and high-quality implementation.
• Collaborate with analytics and growth teams to evaluate funnel performance, activation rates, cohort behavior, and obstacles in the onboarding process.
• Demonstrated ability to create sleek, contemporary, user-friendly interfaces for SaaS products and content-focused applications.
• Extensive experience in designing and optimizing onboarding processes, trial experiences, subscription checkouts, and retention-enhancing UX.
• Strong grasp of growth strategies, activation metrics, user engagement indicators, and the impact of UX design on performance metrics.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap) and A/B testing tools to drive measurable enhancements.
• Profound understanding of visual design principles and expertise in Figma.
• Ability to articulate design choices clearly and convincingly to cross-functional teams.
• Background in service design, customer journey mapping, or lifecycle-focused UX.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for effective collaboration with engineering.
• Strong understanding of content-driven product design and its impact on user comprehension and engagement.
• Familiarity with the company’s business and customer base is advantageous but not mandatory.
