• Reside in the European Union.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design teams that deliver user-centered, high-quality products.
• Minimum of 5 years in product design, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting team contributions, not just individual design work, emphasizing growth and positive outcomes.
• Ability to influence product direction and connect design choices to business results.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively translate design thinking into actionable plans across teams.
• Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on details when necessary.
