• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Designers, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to enhance their work and skills.

• Influence the product strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners, ensuring customer insights and design vision drive our development.

• Drive design excellence by leading critiques, reviews, and feedback sessions to elevate our output quality.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize effectively, balance speed and quality, and facilitate seamless cooperation from ideation to implementation.

• Implement effective design methodologies to enhance team processes, utilize systems efficiently, and optimize workflows.

• Cultivate a culture of innovation and learning, empowering your team to experiment, challenge assumptions, and take initiative.

• Utilize customer insights and data to make informed decisions, validate impact, and guide iterative improvements.

• Recruit and onboard talented and diverse design professionals to further enhance the team's capabilities.

• Reside in the European Union.

• Demonstrated experience in leading design teams that deliver user-centered, high-quality products.

• Minimum of 5 years in product design, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

• Ability to influence product direction and connect design choices to business results.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively translate design thinking into actionable plans across teams.
