• Clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions

• Make quick trade-offs and assist teams in making well-informed choices

• Embrace an experimental mindset and discern when to prioritize speed over quality

• Provide constructive feedback and foster healthy feedback loops

• Define success metrics for designs and validate solutions with users
