Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Create and animate motion graphics for social ads, explainers, product demos, and digital experiences

• Edit video content to enhance motion-driven storytelling

• Work closely with copywriters and creative strategists to craft storyboards and concepts

• Transform creative briefs into visually compelling, high-performing motion content

• Utilize AI tools for idea generation, production acceleration, and exploring innovative creative avenues

• Utilize performance data to optimize motion assets and enhance outcomes

• Keep abreast of industry trends, specifications, and best practices across various platforms

• Assist in voiceover or UGC content workflows when required

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of motion design experience with a robust online portfolio

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Strong grasp of motion essentials: timing, typography, pacing, and visual hierarchy

• Familiarity with advertising formats and specifications for major digital platforms

• Comfort with structured creative workflows (Asana, Slack, Google Workspace)

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate design rationale clearly

• Familiarity with Figma, Lottie, and emerging motion/web tools (Preferred Experience)

• Experience with accessibility and inclusive design principles (Preferred Experience)

• Background in performance marketing or digital-first content (Preferred Experience)

• Understanding of how motion contributes to broader business objectives (Preferred Experience)
