📋 Description

• Work closely with creative leadership, designers, and project managers to grasp project objectives and transform ideas into captivating motion graphics and animations.

• Produce and design compelling motion graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and video projects.

• Create storyboards, style frames, and animatics to visualize and validate creative concepts effectively.

• Ensure consistency and coherence across visual outputs by adhering to existing brand guidelines.

• Enhance visual storytelling by editing video content and integrating motion graphics and animations.

• Develop and maintain a library of motion design assets, templates, and resources to facilitate future projects.

• Stay abreast of motion design trends, tools, and techniques, and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate proactively with project managers to meet deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.

• Participate in team brainstorms and offer innovative ideas to enhance creative output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in motion design tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work.

• Strong grasp of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling principles, with a keen attention to detail and aesthetics.

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and graphic design fundamentals.

• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments, effectively communicate ideas, and create animations optimized for various platforms.

• Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

• Eagerness to stay updated on trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome creative or technical challenges.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas internally and to clients.
