Motion Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and producing animated content and elements

• Designs motion graphics, bumpers, standard opens, lower thirds, and templates

• Works closely with Video Editors and various teams to ensure visual consistency and pacing in animations

• Exports and delivers motion graphics in suitable formats

• Maintains organized files, version control, and documentation

• Contributes to continuous improvement by exploring new tools, trends, and creative techniques

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma required

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in motion graphic design

• Proficiency in motion graphic design and animation for various platforms

• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Excellent visual storytelling and design sense with a focus on timing and pacing

• Creative problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for innovation and motion design trends

• Effective collaborator and communicator across different teams

• Organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

• Active involvement in a local Christian church

• Experience in Maya, 3D, and Cinema 4D preferred
