• Lead and manage the Product Design team at deskbird, driving design excellence and delivering top-notch user experiences.

• Minimum of 8 years of Product Design experience, including 3 years leading design teams in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, growth, and team culture.
• Experience in aligning stakeholders from various departments and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to work strategically and hands-on while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
• Sense of urgency and drive for continuous learning and improvement.
• Fluency in English (German or French is a plus).
