• Proficiency in visual, interaction, and UX design with an emphasis on clarity, usefulness, and innovation.
• Strong grasp of systems thinking and designing for scalability and long-term evolution.
• In-depth knowledge of the product lifecycle from research to delivery.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams on complex projects.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments and facilitating clarity in fast-paced settings.
• Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on guidance as needed.
• Strong opinions with a willingness to embrace feedback and iterate.
• Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and new tools like Pencil / Cursor.
• Effective storytelling skills to convey the strategic rationale behind designs.
