• Take charge of the design process from inception to delivery for both new and current product features.

• Foster the Design Community: actively engage in design critique, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within the team and wider product organization.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product/UX/UI design within a cross-functional product team setting.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing design process, craftsmanship, and impact.
• Proficient in problem-solving; capable of framing and resolving open-ended, complex problems.
• Familiarity with working on or developing design systems.
• Hands-on experience with user testing and iterative design.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools.
