• The Role: As Product Designers, we craft intuitive and thoughtful experiences that facilitate meaningful connections with our product. Through research, prototyping, and design, we transform complex problems into human-centered solutions, guiding product decisions and enhancing the overall user experience at scale. Our collaborative approach brings together design, product, and engineering, ensuring alignment and trust among teams. We rely on research to inform decisions and infuse creativity into every project, designing experiences that evolve alongside our users.
• You Will: Engage in new product ideation and feature development to address user needs. Design elegant user interfaces, create user-centric prototypes, conduct user research and split testing, gather feedback from stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and craft detailed UI/UX specs to guide engineers in implementing solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
• Previous experience in consumer-facing product development.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and product thinking.
• Hands-on experience in usability research and applying insights to enhance product experiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making based on research-backed insights.
