β’ Supervise a team of 10 designers, ensuring top-notch work quality and professional growth.
β’ Review and approve creative outputs for digital and print platforms, maintaining brand and client standards.
β’ Conduct interviews and aid in expanding the design team.
β’ Manage quality control procedures and uphold creative standards for all design projects.
β’ Report directly to the Creative Leader in NYC, providing updates on team performance and project timelines.
β’ Oversee design projects supporting shopper marketing initiatives for a major global company in the US CPG and FMCG industry.
β’ Guide the production of assets such as campaign landing pages, E-commerce banners, print materials, social media ads, and promotional mockups.
β’ Must hold a Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
β’ Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum) in both written and verbal communication.
β’ Minimum of 8 years of design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial position.
β’ Demonstrated ability in managing and mentoring design teams of 8β10 members or more.
β’ Strong background in CPG and retail marketing is preferred.
β’ Expertise in digital and print design, with a strong portfolio in marketing and advertising for CPG brands.
β’ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
β’ Excellent attention to detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
β’ Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and strategy teams.
β’ This role is for an independent contractor.
β’ 3-month trial period with potential extension for 12 months.
