• Manages the entire creative process for motion projects, from concept to delivery, with a focus on achieving measurable marketing results.
• Presents motion design concepts and project strategies to internal teams and clients with clarity and conviction.
• Maintains and enhances visual storytelling standards for motion assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all campaigns.
• Leads brainstorming sessions to explore new animation techniques and visual trends for video content.
• Prioritizes project workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality motion projects.
• Keeps abreast of digital design trends, platform algorithms, and emerging animation technologies to drive innovation.
• Mentors and supports junior motion designers to foster a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in motion design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role in an agency or fast-paced production setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) with experience in Figma.
• Deep understanding of social video content, digital storytelling, and OTT/streaming platform best practices.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a balance of creativity and marketing performance in motion work.
• Ability to confidently present motion design work to clients and leadership teams.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Skilled in storytelling, pacing, typography, and layout for motion and short-form content.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing creative workflows in a remote team setting.
