Senior Manager - Product Design

• We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead and grow our talented design team at Leonardo.

• This is a people leadership role, where your focus will be on empowering designers to do their best work.

• You'll collaborate across the company to set the vision for how design shapes our products.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in product design, with prior experience in a leadership role (managing and scaling design teams).

• Strong knowledge and experience in working with and developing design systems for Product Design

• Demonstrated success in designing and launching web and mobile applications, ideally within AI/ML or other technology-driven industries.

• Strong background in user-centered design, UI/UX best practices, and design systems.

• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma).

• Understanding of front-end technologies and how design decisions impact development.

• Exceptional people management skills, with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining design teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision and drive effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment and adapting plans based on highest priorities.
