• Work closely with creative teams to develop high-quality visual designs and captivating digital experiences.
• Create and animate top-notch motion graphics, 2D animations, and video content for various digital platforms, campaigns, and product launches.
• Provide creative direction for motion design projects, overseeing them from inception to final production.
• Guide and mentor junior motion designers to help them grow and maintain high-quality standards.
• Edit, adjust, and localize video content for well-known global brands across diverse markets.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Uphold consistency, accuracy, and excellence in all creative outputs.
• Collaborate with different teams (creative, production, account services) to meet project objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in motion design.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Have at least 7 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and video editing, preferably in creative agencies or digital production studios catering to global brands.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) with advanced skills in compositing, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience in brand storytelling and developing narratives that align with campaign strategies and engage audiences.
• Strong background in working within fast-paced agency environments, handling multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Experience collaborating closely with account managers, creative directors, and various teams to transform briefs into compelling motion solutions.
• Showcased ability to guide junior designers and enhance team performance through feedback, guidance, and best practices.
• Thorough understanding of design principles, animation pipelines, asset versioning, and quality assurance processes for high-volume production.
• Comfortable working with global clients and adapting content for different markets while maintaining consistency.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (B2+ reading, writing & conversation), with the ability to present concepts and explain design choices.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Costa Rica Time Zone).
• LATAM-based candidates are preferred.
