• Create visually stunning motion graphics, such as titles, explainer videos, and more, with a keen eye for detail and minimal revisions
• Keep files organized by naming layers and maintaining a clear folder hierarchy in source files
• Execute visual effects tasks like green screen keying, compositing, and seamlessly integrating VFX elements into motion projects
• Develop high-quality 2D animations, from character rigs to illustrative explainer sequences, showcasing precision and creative flair
• Perform 3D tracking and camera solving to integrate motion graphics or VFX into live-action footage
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, priorities, and quality standards are met
• Adapt quickly to various client styles, brand tones, and creative formats in a fast-paced production environment
• Provide expert insights in AVT meetings from a Motion Design perspective for animated sections, supers, etc.
• Establish motion/design styles for new projects that align with the brand's tone and creative concept
• Understand the regular client's brand tone and style to offer accurate feedback to fellow motion designers
• Contribute to Pre-Production processes through concepting and storyboarding for animated sections of high-level creative projects
• Stay updated on the latest trends, big ideas, and innovations in content marketing
• Efficiently navigate tools and workflows to create efficiencies
• Continuously learn and improve skills to excel in the craft
• 5-7 years of motion design experience, preferably at an agency
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Bonus: Experience in Cinema 4D / Blender / Other 3D Software
• Demonstrated expertise in Compositing/VFX and Animation
• Familiarity with Figma for motion purposes
• Strong grasp of design principles, including composition, color theory, illustration, and typography

• $75,000 - $85,000 Salary
