• Collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Success to engage healthcare organizations on leveraging the PointClickCare network and products to enhance care coordination, improve population health outcomes, and reduce healthcare costs.
• Lead and support the Acute and Payer (A&P) Solution Design team by providing expertise on solutions and industry knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Solution Design.
• Expected travel is around 35-40%.
• Possess a clinical background (RN, NP, LCSW, PT) or have 5+ years of direct healthcare experience in an ACO, Provider Organization, or Health Plan setting.
• Have a deep understanding of cross-continuum care collaboration workflows and alternative payment models, particularly in value-based care.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology including electronic health records, care management, and population health systems/tools.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional presentation skills.
• Accessible to travel across the US and Canada with easy airport access.
• Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
• Leadership skills with a minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated capabilities.
