• Minimum 8 years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of delivering digital products.
• Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Advanced skills in modern design tools like Figma.
• Experience in simplifying complex workflows for diverse audiences.
• Ability to oversee design processes from concept to delivery, balancing business requirements with user needs.
• Familiarity with current mobile and web technologies, including various design systems such as Material, Carbon, and Fluent.
